Description

Self-hypnosis is a method that can potentially yield high results. When performing it, you are both the hypnotizer, and the hypnotee. It works very well when you need a quick and effective break, in order to relax. It can also have great positive results on self-confidence and motivation. Self-hypnosis is fast and easy to learn. You can perform it before sleeping, before an exam, or simply when you need a short and effective quick break from work. All you need is 10 to 15 minutes when you know you won't be solicited. It doesn't necessarily require a quiet environment. Please note that while it is fast, easy, and effective for simple tasks like relaxation, positive self-talk, etc., not everyone can use it to perform more complex sessions of hypnosis such as dealing with traumas, emotion related problems, stress..., as some of the problems might require more work and an objective point of view in order to give the best results. Please note, though, that some people can do it. But it does require a very high degree of objectivity and mental flexibility. Therefore, for more complex goals, I suggest you to book sessions of hypnosis with me, so that we can work through it together. It is possible to do this class in group, for a reduced price. Please contact me first in order to discuss it. If you are alone but still want to do it in group, feel free to contact me; when enough people will be on the list, we will do a group session at a date that accommodates the group.
